Course Requirements and Qualifications

Our curriculum is constantly fine tuned to ensure we provide our students with the information they need to pass the state exam.  We don't stop there though.  We also prepare our students to enter the real estate industry with a strong foundation of skills and knowledge that will help them be at the top of the field of new agents. Our Career Partner program also offers our students the opportunity to meet Top Producing REALTORS currently working in the local market. 

Qualifications for Pre-Licensing Course (Agents)
Applicant must:
  • Be a citizen of the United States or legally present in this country.
  • Be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Have a high school education or equivalency.
  • Be of good moral character
  • Complete a 75 hour Pre-licensing course at a school approved by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission
  • Pass the school and the state pre-licensing exams

Broker Licensing Qualifications & Prerequisites

Applicant must:
  • Be a citizen of the United States or legally present in this country
  • Be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Have a high school education or equivalency
  • Be of good moral character
  • Have been continually licensed and employed on a full-time basis as a NJ real estate salesperson for the 3 years immediately preceding application
